I have had a Citizen's Bank account since I was old enough to deposit money. My mom opened one for me when I was younger and started saving money from birthdays and holidays for me. I have both a checking ans savings account through Citizens Bank, as well as a credit card. I got the credit card last year and have used about 1,000 of credit through the bank. The interest rates were very low at the time and still are. I have had fraud on my debit and credit accounts through some security breach at a store, and because of that I needed to get debit card replacements throughout a few months. Everything was handled very smoothly and efficiently, and they were able to answer all my questions and concerns both in person at my local branch, and on the phone hotline. I love the late deposits that still count as same day, and the easy access ATM's, even in the supermarket chains close to me. I wouldn't change my account to another bank unless I wasn't able to get to a branch if I moved or there were no more Citizens Banks near me. Highly recommend them if your in the Northeast US!
