I got this smart phone for $325  CDN with the mobile provider WIND MOBILE. My black berry was dying and I needed a new phone. It has been a good phone the sound and picture quality is good. The major problem I have had was the reception, but that could also be the provider, as WIND is new in Canada.  It is an android phone, it is rather light weight, has a quad core cpu, and uses a micro sim card. The phone is only for HSPA and GSM networks. There are not much games on the phone it self and does not have anything special to make it stand out features wise but the user interface is nice and has a very clear screen . The first year the phone was great no issues, after you load too much on the phone it does tend to slow down a lot. The sound is great! Comes with Dolby Digital sound! The body of the phone holds up really well, very durable and has survived that few falls.  The interface is easy to use for example; the predictive text is very accurate and gets the message correct almost every time! The phone basically finishes typing for me!   The icons on the phone are very universal and I was not stuck guessing what to press. For example when you use the camera to take a picture of your self you know what button to press.  It’s a little icon in the top right corner that shows the camera spinning, so it instantly catches your attention.

Would I recommend this phone to a friend?

Yes, I would the price is good, the memory is good, the sound is good and it’s an attractive device. As far as the screen freezing not responding there are no issues at all. The screen functions comes in 2d and 3d, the battery life is good lasts over 2 days with normal use. The phone comes in white and black. If you are the type to load every kind of file on your phone known to man I would not recommend this phone to you, after so much on it the function isn’t as good.

The connection to wifi is good, very easy to follow, when I had my black berry I had issues getting connected to wifi. With this it is has been simple you select the network, then you enter the pass word, connected!!
