Pros: dogs love them, good value, resealable bag
Cons: stinky

These Beggin Strips Mini are the perfect size for our miniature schnauzers.  We used to buy the regular Beggin Strips and just break them up every time we wanted to give them a treat, but it got to be really annoying.  When we saw that they made them in mini sizes, we were really pleased!  The dogs get olenty of treats as it is in my house, so the fact that they weren't getting a whole Beggin Strip every time we reached for a treat, and that they were getting these mini ones instead was really nice.  It is much more convenient to grab one of the mini sized Beggin Strips, than to have to break up a big one.  The only downside of the Beggin Strips, both the regular and mini sizes is the smell.  The smell is really strong and it really doesn't smell like bacon.  The dogs love the treats, so I get over the smell, but I make sure to seal the bag and I also keep them in a jar to make sure we don't smell it in my kitchen since we keep them on the counter for easy access.  The mini version is much more convenient and appealing for owners of smaller dogs, so Purina nailed it as far as that goes.

My baby Yuki (a Japanese Spitz) has been eating Beggin Strips all her life (Shes three years old now), and Im super happy that she still loves it! Well, there are days when she prefers to just toss it around, play with it, or just stow it away on her doggie bed, but then after a couple of hours,… Read more
