I've been using Biore's Shine Control Clay Mask for years and still love it. Now, I don't actually have much of an issue with shine, but I love clay masks, and I still like using one that is oil-free. My mother, who does have an oilier complexion, also uses this mask and swears by it.
One tube lasts a long time
The mask is thick and creamy
It's an awesome green colour, so you can pretend you're the Wicked Witch from The Wizard of Oz or sing some tunes from Wicked while you're letting the mask work its wonders. It also smells delicious, like those hard, sugary candies in the shape of various fruits, the kind you can get from those little coin machines at the mall. It's nice having a mask that actually smells nice, seeing as you have to leave it on your face for a little while.
Apply a thin layer to your skin
It will start to dry and tighten pretty quickly
The consistency is also nice. It's kind of creamy and thick, and is easy to apply smoothly over your whole face without feeling sticky or drying. You only need a thin coat for the mask to take effect, and it dries quickly, making your skin feel a little tighter. It absorbs oil, dirt, and shine with extracts that also refresh the skin, so when washed off my face feels clean, fresh, smooth and soft, and smells great!
Fresh and clean skin after that feels soft and smooth
And because you don't need a whole lot to cover your whole face, the tube will last quite a long time.
