I love this stuff and buy it by the quart when I can find it. There are a lot of soy sauce brands out there, but this is by far my favorite. I think it is the best and I am always trying to come up with different ways to use it in recipes and to cook with.
I already love all types of rice dishes, so it makes sense for me to use this a lot in fried rice, but I also use it in a lot of other dishes. My favorite things to use Kikkoman for are to help caramelize onions, deglaze pans of sauce, brine chicken, or even mix a few tablespoons with a bit of water and use the liquid to steam dumplings or pot stickers. It has such a great flavor that I have used it in more than just Asian dishes. Believe it or not, it goes great with Mexican food flavors. I always use just a bit when I am cooking meat to use in tostadas, tacos, or quesadillas.
This sauce is a great staple to have around, is super versatile, and you can come up with so many things to do with it. I would recommend it to anyone that needs a salty flavor element and wants to use less sodium than just adding salt.
