Pros: antioxidants, great taste
Cons: not organic

I am a huge fan of green tea and so is my family. Lipton's green tea is decaffeinated which makes it all even better.

Its taste is mild and gentle yet full and rich. I drink about 4 cups of green tea per day, I want the antioxidants and all the other good and healthy benefits that comes with it.

I have made ice tea with this kind before too. I let it sit on the stove with ginger and lemon, and then I add a bit of organic stevia to the tea and let it cool for about 2 hours till it is ice cold. Then I add a bunch of ice cubes from filtered water of course and yum, ice tea is made to last the whole day. Perfect to sip throughout a hot summer day.

Another great way to use this green tea is to soak the tea bags in filtered water and then place them on the eye lids. I do this about once per week, it wakes me up and my eyes feels refreshed.
