After many years of just eating whatever I wanted, and slowly, but surely, putting on a great amount of weight, I recently made the decision to start eating healthier for a change. So, of course, less red meat and more fish and chicken was added to the menu. But as many people know, fish and chicken by itself tends to be a little bit flavorless and bland. A friend of mine turned me on to the McCormick Perfect Pinch Lemon Pepper Seasoning, and I decided to give it a shot.
McCormick Perfect Pinch Lemon Pepper Seasoning
I have absolutely fallen in love with this seasoning. Whether baking or roasting, the lemon pepper seasoning give both fish and chicken a great flavor with a little bit of zest. I have not tried it on any other foods, but I would imagine it would be almost as good on pork, and maybe even beef.
The McCormick Perfect Pink Lemon Pepper is the perfect blend of lemon and pepper, and as the name implies, you can simply take a pinch and sprinkle it on the food rather than needing to measure it. Be careful, though, as getting too much on the food can give it a somewhat bitter flavor because of the lemon, but it's actually pretty hard to get wrong. If you love fish and chicken, definitely give the lemon pepper seasoning a try.
