I have never been a big fan of tarragon, but for some reason there are times when I actually do enjoy McCormick's version of the spice. I can't say that I can use it on anything like I can with many other spices, but there are a couple of meals where I feel like it brings out all of the flavors of the meals and adds a nice flavor as well.
The thing that I like about this tarragon is that it is a bit sweeter than others that I have tried. This really does add to some of the chicken soups that I make and can even make chicken meals a bit better. However, I have to make sure that I limit the amount of tarragon that I use because this spice, in my opinion, is not a good one when it dominates the other flavors.
I know a lot of people who think tarragon is the bee's knees, so I would definitely recommend this to anyone to see if it's something that they might enjoy. While it isn't my favorite spice by any means, I still will keep this in my cabinet because there are plenty of meals that it does taste good in and it's something that I know some of my friends enjoy on their meals.
