I do not often drink soda pop, but when I do, I prefer a sugary and dark soda. My fallback brand is usually Pepsi, but most recently, it has been the Pepsi Throwback.
One of the first things I noticed about this soda is that it claims to use real sugar. While I was not too sure about that, once I opened it and smelled it, I could tell it did. The next great thing I noticed is the taste. The Throwback soda really does taste like the sodas of old- pure, unaltered sugar in a can. I love tossing a can of the Throwback in a glass with a few ice cubes and a straw; it takes me back to the 1980s, when soda pop was a treat and not an everyday drink. The Pepsi Throwback also makes awesome ice cream floats when combined with a vanilla ice cream. The use of real sugar makes it all the more better. This particular Pepsi product is easily found in 12-packs or a 24-pack at the local grocery store or wholesale store. You can also order it online, depending on where you live and what size box you would like. One thing I do notice is that one can is enough to last me the entire day, considering the calories and sugar count.
