I am a big fan of drink powder mixes that are individual and you add them to a bottle of water. I don't like drinking plain water, so I keep some of these powder packs in my desk at work and in my purse for when I might be stuck somewhere and would be able to get water. Several companies make these individual powder pouches, but the one I like best is snapple whose product is called Singles to Go. My favorite is the raspberry tea mix. It is so simple it boggles the mind. The long plastic paper package is just torn open and poured into a bottle of water. You just have to shake it up and you have some delicious raspberry flavored ice tea. The package says to take a sip of water first so that there is room for the powder, and they are right. If you don't you'll have powder all over the place and the flavor won't be quite as strong.
Each box contains six of the flavor packs and it is relatively inexpensive. The flavor is delightful with the slight touch of raspberry with the tea. The tea is made from both black and green tea leaves. Each powder pack is considered two servings, which is really ridiculous because no one is going to do anything but pour the whole package of powder into one bottle of water. They must have thought people would be okay with 5 calories per serving rather than the real 10 calories when you drink the whole bottle. There is only 10 mg of sodium and 2 g carbs per bottle and 60 mg of caffeine from the tea. The product is very refreshing and easy to use.
