I was so happy to find this sauce in an Italian store in NYC. I used this sauce for pizza burgers. It has the right amount of flavor and not too acidic.
In fact, it the pizza sauce is made from fresh tomatoes. It smells good when opening the can and cooking, and it certainly tastes good.
It is a bit heavy though for the burgers, but since I liked it, I did put a lot on the burger. It went well with the mozzarella cheese and meat.. I think that it could also be used as a pasta sauce as well for the next time I make some pasta. I cannot wait to try this on a homemade pizza at some point though!
