Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue
The title of this review explains it all. This fragrance evokes a nostalgia of cool, breezy air on a sunny, summer day. I immediately reminisce of my childhood summers. A glowing curiosity mellowed by a satisfied delight is felt in the light airy scent of this fragrance. It is a playfully classy scent. There is a hint of lemon which may be more apparent after the initial spray, but is less noticeable after the dry-down. This is my signature scent. I wear this on all occasions from birthdays to grocery shopping with the kids. Light Blue is that quintessential scent suitable for any time or place. But how did I discover this amazing perfume, you ask? I was attracted to this scent because it was marketed as a Mediterranean scent. This is well-suited to me because I'm of Mediterranean scent. And who could resist the velvety blue packaging that is just oh-so-adorable? I fell head over heels for this perfume before I even sprayed it on myself. I had to have a bottle of this in my arsenal, but what I didn't know was how in love I would fall with the scent itself. The very first time that I sprayed this on myself I was whirled away to Bermuda, relaxing on a white sand beach, dazzling aqua blue waves rolling onto my body and releasing all cares in the world. It was a euphoric experience. On the dry-down I felt the smiles and giggles of my childhood summers. It was a feeling of pure and sweet innocence satisfied by a passionate curiosity. From that moment on I was hooked. Try it for yourself, see where Light Blue will take you.
