Pros: cooks evenly, easy to clean, easy to use, high quality, price, starts easy, sturdy
I have had a few grills in my life and they have all been decent. My last grill was a Uniflame that I bought from Walmart. It had Cast Iron burners which lasted about 10 years or so. Even though the burners were good, it would still have flare ups, and it definitely didn't cook as good as the grill I have now, which is a Weber. I have always wanted a Weber, but couldn't justify paying so much for it compared to what other grills cost at the time. Now that I have had a Weber for about 1 year, I totally understand why the price is what is. It is definitely built better then any grill I have ever owned. It is very heavy metal which makes the whole grill very sturdy. There is no pot metal like a lot of the grills have. Weber doesn't cut any corners when it comes to grills. You get the best there is! And, they cook perfect and evenly every time. Everything seems to taste so much better when being cooked on a Weber grill. It always starts right up too. The Uniflame grill that I use to have, you would have to hold the ignitor for a while and had it keep clicking away until it started. Then when it did start, there was a bit of gas built up and I could see some flames due to that, so you would have to be prepared that something like that could happen. With my Weber, It starts right away. I highly recommend this awesome grill!
