I bought this L'Oreal intense smoothing conditioner when I went through a little bit of a debacle with my hair last year. I was in the process of trying to grow it out yet return it back to its original color. I didn't want to cut it seeing as I was trying to grow it out. My hair, being color treated, was really frizzy and dry at the ends. I was looking for a remedy to try and smooth out my ends. A coworker suggested that I look for a sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner. I didn't want to shell out the money for both the shampoo and conditioner from L'Oreal's line, so I just bought the conditioner. It was pretty pricey, so I was banking on it working. I followed the directions and let it sit in my hair for a few extra minutes once I had it in. After rinsing it out, my hair felt really silky soft in the shower. I combed it instead of brushing too, hoping that it wouldn't damage my hair more. The conditioner smells nice and felt silky in my hair, but I had to use quite a bit of it at a time, and for the price I am not sure if it was worth it if I could have found another product that did virtually the same thing without the price.
