When it comes to toothpaste, I don't really tend to stick to a single brand. I generally use whatever is available or whatever brand is on sale. Thanks to a coupon combined with a sale price, I got my hands on Crest's 3D White Vivid toothpaste.
Keep the tip of the toothpaste tube clean to avoid buildup. If the area surrounding the tip gets covered in toothpaste, it is hard to snap the lid closed.
I can't say enough good things about this toothpaste. Like most pastes, it has a clean, minty taste that cuts the plaque and grime, and tackles even the worst morning breath. I have heard some people say that whitening toothpastes can harm the enamel on your teeth or use ingredients that are too abrasive. In my opinion, this is not an abrasive toothpaste at all, and does whiten teeth after using it for a couple weeks.
I don't smoke, nor have awful problems with my teeth becoming discolored, but I do enjoy a glass of red wine every now and again, and brushing with this toothpaste easily removes any of the purplish-red residue from my teeth.
In the past, I have had some issues with tooth sensitivity and certain toothpastes tend to make my teeth a little more sensitive. Fortunately, I didn't notice any additional sensitivity when using the 3D White Vivid toothpaste.
One final advantage to this toothpaste is that it doesn't have a traditional screw-on cap, but instead has an easy-to-use flip cap. This eliminates the problem of losing the toothpaste cape or knocking it on the floor accidentally.
Overall, this is a great product. Price-wise, it's on par with other toothpastes on the market, but if you can snag a coupon, it's well worth it to give this toothpaste a try.
