Pros: cute colors, deet free, flexible, price, scent

Since I have 2 dogs it means that I take a lot of walks with them and sometimes we are walking in high grass, and sometimes we walk in the woods. Everyone knows that there are a lot of nasty ticks out there just waiting for us humans and animals to walk by them so they can grab on to us and suck our blood. Not only are these creatures nasty and ugly, they can also be very dangerous and there is where my problem with them seriously starts! There are all kinds of different products on the market that can be used against ticks, but how many of them really works? I bought a couple of these Nature's Mosquito Shield Insect Repellent bands at my local Walmart store for only $1.00 per piece which I thought was a great price to be able to try them. I wear them around my ankles when I am walking to keep the ticks away from me and so far it is working. The last for about 200 hours which is good to now. The bands are DEET free and contains geranium oil and citrus oil, and they are both working together in harmony with each other. Highly recommended bands that are really cheap to buy!

Found these quite by accident, cost was leading factor. I work in my yard alot and with the spread of disease by mosquitos never go out without protection. These wristbands fit me better than many others I have tried, ( I have very small wrists) and work great. Read more
