I love diffusers. They fill a room with beautiful fragrance without the fire hazard of a scented candle and with a much stronger scent. The newest one I bought, and possibly my favourite to date, is the Winter scented diffuser from Marks & Spencer, which I purchased in the gift set of two mini diffusers, rather than one big one.
It smells DIVINE. Sometimes those overly vague fragrance names are just annoying, but this one actually smells like winter. Seriously. It's a combination of tart apples and spices, evergreen trees and freshly fallen snow, and even though the sparkling white box with snowflakes all over it adds an added ambiance, the scent actually makes me imagine standing in a pure white snow-covered forest with soft, fluffy snowflakes falling around me.
The box is beautiful and wintery
The "mini" diffuser size is more than enough to scent a room
It actually smells like winter- incredible!
Unlike a lot of other Christmas or wintery fragrances, this one is bright and refreshing, not too heavy or heady with spices that it smells cloying. The smell permeates the room immediately, but it's not overpowering. The mini set is really a better deal, because for the same price as the large diffuser, you can have two smaller bottles (which are each more than enough to scent a room) and, therefore, use them in two different rooms.
I love the Winter scent because it's perfect for both the bedroom and the kitchen and lounge area, where you don't really want to have smells that will clash too much with cooking food aromas. If the box came with three I'd be all set, because this diffuser would smell amazing in the bathroom, too!
