When it comes to living on your own, tools play an important part in your life. If you’re like me and love to cook often, one of those tools handy to have is a knife sharpener. I have used many different types over the years, and the easiest one I’ve found to date is the AccuSharp Knife and Tool Sharpener.
One of the best things about this knife sharpener is how easy it is to use. All you do is hold it in your hand, at a specific angle depending on what you’re sharpening, and then pull it towards you. There is a bright blue protector handle that keeps my fingers from being hurt by any knife blades too, which is nice. I can use this on any type of knife, including my serrated knives! The AccuSharp is also for tools that cut, such as small machetes, axes, and even my gardening clippers.
This sharpener also has several other nice features. You can purchase replacement blades, which I have not yet had to do for mine. It is dishwasher safe and the small sharpeners do not rust. This means that when someone leaves the poor knife outside in the rain for two days, it will be fine with a quick cleaning. Since purchasing this sharpener, I’ve yet to throw away a knife for being too dull.
