I used to sterilise my baby’s feeding stuffs with the traditional way of sterilisation, boil everything.  But recently I found out that is there is a an easier, safer and cheaper to do it, the use of Tommee Tippee Microwave and Cold Water Steriliser.

It’s really cheap than using the hob and boil everything considering how often I use it everyday.   I do have to mention though, that I had trouble using it for the first time.  It didn’t mention anywhere on the manual (not that I read it from beginning to end) how much water I needed to put in there before chucking it in the microwave. I eventually figured it out though, so no biggie. Another problem that I encountered with it is that no matter how I try to remove the lid (after microwaving it), I still burn my fingers. So now, I use a potholder every time I use it.

I know the steriliser is supposed to be portable to, but it’s a bit bulky so I don’t like to lug it around all that much. I don’t travel a lot though, so it’s not a problem. Otherwise, it’s a great product and I can’t imagine life without it.
