I am a Chihuahua lover and have been for years, so back when I first seen the first Beverly Hills Chihuahua movie, I knew I was going to love it. I loved the second movie as well, but Beverly Hills Chihuahua 3: Viva La Fiesta has got to be my favorite!
I bought this movie at my local Wal-Mart for my daughter because she loves dogs too, and we watched it together. The movie is funny, but the underlying message, that family is the most important thing in life, is clearly the best part. Beverly Hills Chihuahua 3 is filled with humor and love that can be enjoyed no matter how old you are.
The characters in this movie are cute and charming. Papi, Chloe and their pups, as well as “Uncle” Pedro, move with owners Sam and Rachel to the Langham and the pups start a doggy day school. Papi doesn’t like the doggy day school instructor, Jenny, or her dog Oscar and thinks something is up, which proves to be true in the end of the movie. Once again, the day is saved by these small, tiny and heroic Chihuahuas! The plot line is great and is easy to follow.
The dogs in this movie are all well-trained and the visual effects are spot-on. I really loved the mariachi Chihuahuas, because they are hilarious and put on a good show as well.
I would definitely recommend buying this movie, because it is simply so adorable! It teaches great values without violence, harsh words or crude remarks. It is a great movie for both young and old and will be enjoyed for years to come!
