At first I was skeptical about getting out the crayons. I knew that my son needed to start using them, but I was concerned about him drawing on everything that he wasn't supposed to draw on. Also, since he is very aware of his senses and likes to 'taste' things, I was also concerned about him eating the crayons.
Both of my fears were put to rest once we started using the Crayola crayons. First of all, they are non-toxic. So I didn't have to worry if he accidentally chewed on it. Second, any marks made on surfaces that he wasn't supposed to color on was easily cleaned up with a little detergent and water.
Crayola crayons have provided hours of fun for my toddler. We have also used the crayons to teach him his colors. The colors are very vibrant. And yes they can occasionally break, but in my opinion, they are very durable.
Crayola crayons can be used on a variety of drawing surfaces. They are also easily transportable. Not only can they be used at home, but they can also be used on the go. They are perfect for use in the car. I've also taken them to doctor's appointments to keep my son occupied while we wait. Overall, we get a lot of uses out of Crayola Crayons.
