I have spent a lot of money on jackets in my lifetime, but I have never been happier with a purchase. I wanted a North Face jacket for the longest time, but could never bring myself to spend the $99 to own one. Finally, I decided that I deserved to buy myself something I really wanted, and spent the $99 to get one. I purchased a North Face Osito jacket at Dick's Sporting Goods and I opted to get it in black, so it would go with everything. They have many different colors of these jackets available, and I now own six of them.
I will start out by saying that this is the warmest jacket I've ever owned. Even though it is just a fleece jacket, it is warmer than a lot of traditional winter jackets and it's less bulky. The material that this jacket is made from is softer than any fleece I have ever felt and makes it feel so nice and comfortable. It has two zippered pockets and is a full zip jacket.
These jackets are machine washable, but should NEVER be put into the dryer, as it will ruin the material and make the fleece look bunchy. I found the jackets to be extremely well made and like the fact that The North Face backs up their products, offering to fix or replace them if something is wrong with them. I've had this jacket for well over a year now and it still looks brand new. If you are hesitant, like I was, about spending the $99 to get this jacket, it is well worth it, as these jackets seriously blow Columbia fleeces right out of the water. I highly recommend this jacket!
