Pros: easy to use
Cons: has a bit of a smell

Boots are expensive and to protect my investment I use the leather conditioner recommended for my favorite boots. Scout Boot Care Distressed Leather Conditioner is perfect for removing scuff marks on distressed leather, while maintaining the distressed look of the leather.

The conditioner is easy to apply. Simply put some on a lint free, microfiber cloth and rub onto boots or shoes. For best results, you can use a brush to brush-off loose dirt before applying the conditioner. The conditioner is creamy and rich and absorbs easily into dry leather. I followed the directions and allowed the conditioner to stand on the leather for about 10 minutes, and then buffed with a clean cloth. The difference in the look is amazing and the feel of the leather is soft and supple.

Distressed leather obviously has a distressed look, but cracks and scuffs don't need to be part of the look. Dry leather cracks easily and the proper leather conditioner is paramount to keeping the leather looking and feeling new.

I use the conditioner whenever my boots start to look dull and dry and within minutes, they are back to looking like they just came out of the box. Nothing could be easier for bringing fresh life to tired boots than this perfectly formulated distressed leather conditioner.
