Pros: easy to use, works well
Cons: cost of replacement pads

Vicks Waterless Vaporizer is such a comfort for both children and their caregivers when the kids are sick. It offers a soothing scent and assists in breathing in those times that congestion is making it difficult to do so.

Our family had one of the original models of the Vicks Waterless Vaporizers and used it for many years before the lid that you place the scented pad under broke free of the base. We quickly bought the newest model as it was too much a part of our sick plan to be without it for too long of a period of time.

The pads are easy to replace and the soothing scent lasts all night. Each replacement pad comes individually wrapped to ensure freshness.

My son requests the use of the Vicks Waterless Vaporizer when he is feeling under the weather and I believe it offers him comfort in the night when he wakes up to the scent. If the door of the room that it is being used in is left closed, the scent fills the room and becomes quite effective in offering breathing relief. I suggest this as the scent will fill the rest of the house without the door closed and it is not as helpful in that case.
