Valerian root is a dietary supplement that I use on the daily due to its various health benefits. Initially, I discovered the product when I was looking for a natural remedy for sleeplessness. I researched valerian root and made my purchase. The vitamin is very inexpensive and works well for sleepless nights. The only negative thing about valerian root is that it smells VERY badly, almost like an old gym sock, but once you've taken the pills, the smell is gone and relaxation will be upon you.
