Pros: does not bother contacts, not greasy or oily, smells good, works great

I love makeup and tend to wear a lot of if on a daily basis, especially eye makeup. However, I always find that at the end of the day, when it comes time to remove it, I have a hard time getting it off with just water. This is always the case with those products that say waterproof, as well. I have used many different kinds of eye makeup removers in the past but never used one as good as Maybelline’s Clean Express.

This product has a really nice smell and is a light pink color in the bottle. It is a dual action product, so you  need to shake it up before you use it. I poured a small amount of the product on a wash cloth and started to remove my eye makeup. I did not have to rub hard and my black eye liner and waterproof mascara were off completely.

I liked the fact that I did not need to use a lot of this product to remove my makeup. I also liked how gentle it was and how it did not bother my eyes, even though I wear contacts. This product can be purchased in drug stores and is reasonably priced. It does what it claims and leaves no makeup behind. I would definitely recommend it!

Taking off my mascara is a torture for me. Usually I buy wet wipes and try to squeeze the wipe over my lashes and pull of the mascara, it is the only thing that I had any kind of success with taking it all off, but it also hurt!  I don't use a waterproof mascara, so mine would also come off with… Read more
