Pros: glides on effortlessly, great color selection, pigmented, super cheap
Cons: can be hard to find
This eyeliner is pretty spectacular given that it is seriously inexpensive. It is not hard like some other liners where you practically have to engrave your skin in order to get them to show up. This liner glides on so smooth and doesn't skip at all. It is completely pigmented and is really easy to use. The price for this eyeliner may draw you away because usually "cheap" items tend not to work nowhere near as well as their name brand counterparts. But that is not the case with this eyeliner. I have been through several of these suckers already and love them. There is ONE con- they can be hard to find. They only sell this brand at one store in my town and since black is a popular color, I sometimes find the black section completely empty. The store I get them at in an amazing place to buy makeup and when on sale I can get this liner for only .99. There really is nothing better than finding a great product and knowing that it is AFFORDABLE. More than affordable I should say. ***Please note that I do wear an eye primer. I have not tried this liner without one*** I have no issued getting it to stay in place.
