I'm not a huge fan of lip glosses, at least not since I was a teenager, when it was all the rage to walk around with shiny, glistening lips that looked like you just dipped them in a vat of oil. That being said, I do quite like my C.O. Bigelow Mentha Lip Tint in Rose Shimmer. I got it from Bath & Body Works on a whim, as there was no tester so I could only hope it smelled good, but I've always liked minty products, so I figured I couldn't go wrong with this one.

It has a nice rosy tint
It smells great. Really, really great. With 2% peppermint oil, it's very minty, in a good way. It smells naturally minty and gives my lips that really cool, tingly feeling. I know it's not for everyone, but if you like tingly lips, this is a great product for you! I got mine in tint No. 651, Rose Shimmer, and it adds just a hint of soft, rosy pink colour on my lips, while not being nearly tinted enough to really call a lip colour. It does have that sticky feeling that I dislike about glosses, but it's definitely one of the less offensively sticky lip products I've encountered, so I don't actually really mind it once in a while.
It adds a bit of shine and colour
I also like the shiny, shimmer look it gives my lips. It's the kind of product I won't wear everyday, but I will keep it for special occasions where I care more about my lips looking really beautiful and sexy and less about how slightly "goopy" the lip tint feels.
