Canine Carry Outs is not something I would recommend for any dog. While my dog loved the flavor and chewiness of the snack, you almost need to be a scientist to understand the ingredients list. The ingredients are; wheat flour, soybean flour, water, beef glycerin, whole corn, sugar, bacon, corn syrup, natural smoke flavor, bone phosphate, salt, potassium sorbate (used as a preservative), phosphoric acid, red 40 lake, glyceryl monostearate, yellow 6 lake, titanium dioxide, bha (used as a preservative), yellow 5 lake, blue 1 lake. I had to go online to look up half of the ingredients to understand what they are! Again, my dog definitely likes the taste of the treats, but they upset his stomach quite a bit. I only fed him one of the treats and it gave him diarrhea. I know it was caused by the treats because they were the only thing I fed him that was outside of his normal diet. There are dog treats available with natural ingredients and more nutritional value than what is available in the Canine Carry Outs brand.  They may cost a bit more, but my canine companion deserves the additional cost, and also deserves not to be made sick by his treats.
