I am inherently skeptical when it comes to foaming hand soap. The reason being, it just doesn't seem like it cleans as well or deeply as do bar soaps. However, when I tried out Bath & Body Works foaming anti-bacterial hand wash, I found myself having to eat my words. The foam is thick and creamy and the vanilla sugar scent is light, not overwhelming in the least. One pump and enough soap is dispensed to thoroughly cleanse your hands. It washes off completely and doesn't leave a sticky residue behind. Your hands feel squeaky clean, and knowing the soap is anti-bacterial is an added benefit especially during cold and flu season.
Another plus to this product is the fact that the soap dispenser leaves your counter tops cleaner than if using bar soap in a dish. As with any dispenser, there can be drips but a quick swipe with a tissue or cloth cleans it up right away. My daughter loves to use the foam soap, which is great because there are no more arguments when asked to wash her hands. There are a variety of different scents available including Kitchen Lemon, Caribbean Escape, and Japanese Cherry Blossom.

The only caveat is that it should not be used on the face. With the added scent and the anti-bacterial properties, it may be to harsh for some skin types. I used it on my face without any issues, but more sensitive skin types may experience an allergic reaction. While the cost may be slightly higher than other hand soaps, I feel the deep cleansing properties, gentle scent, and luxurious foam make it worthwhile.
