Unfortunately, as a side effect of one of the medical condition I suffer from, I often develop cysts throughout my body. Most recently, I developed a series of cysts within the tissue of my inner leg. I was in a considerable amount of pain and I was running out of options for healing and draining the cysts.
A friend of mine had mentioned that she used a black salve to heal a bug bite, but said that it worked well most cysts and other skin irritations. I decided to try my luck and I bought a can of the salve at the local Walgreens. The stuff smells pretty badly, kind of like tar, but with the mixture of dirt. The salve is also quite sticky, but it melts well into the skin when applied and it does come off easily with soap and water.
I applied the salve and after one day I noticed that the area around my leg had healed up considerably and it had also been moisturized. After the second day of application, the whole area had healed, although the cysts were still present under the skin. This stuff works better than any antibiotic ointment I have ever used and I although it didn't help to draw my cysts out completely, it healed my skin and draining wound.
