I do have some skin issues. My worst problem is cystic acne. It's the kind that is deep under your skin. It usually appears as a large, red lump on your face. It's painful and can take weeks to clear up. The spot will remain red for even longer. I can't afford to see a dermatologist so I searched the internet for something to help. I found many sites that recommended Prid's Drawing salve. I bought a container off Amazon and decided to give it a shot. My first impression after opening the salve was that it smelled! The odor is really strong. The consistency of the product feels very thick. It's a little hard to scoop out of the tin. I was willing to put up with it if the product work. To get the best results you should put some on the trouble spot and cover it with a band aid. I did this and left it on as I slept. I checked the results the next morning. I noticed the redness had gone down and the size of the acne had shrunk a little. It wasn't bad for just one application. As I continued to use it I have learned a few things. The salve isn't a miracle cure. It does take several applications for it to get rid of some my cystic acne. It does help with redness rather quickly. It does work faster with open wounds than under the skin issues. I do wish the salve came in a bigger container. At least it is cheap to buy. The most I saw it online for was $6.00. I paid $3.80 for mine. I would recommend this product to people looking for natural solutions to skin irritations. Just remember that one application does equal a miracle cure.
